Foxi, Fondo Bozzole

Foxi is a “frizzante”, slightly sparkling, white wine obtained from 100% Trebbiano Romagnolo grapes.

To obtain Foxi, the grapes are harvested when the acidity is still high to make a fresh, refreshing wine. The result is a slightly sparkling white wine with an intense floral and mineral nose with notes of apple and dried fruit.

Foxi is the perfect accompaniment to fresh and boiled vegetables, fresh and lightly aged cheeses, fish appetizers, mixed fried food and omelettes.

The label was commissioned to a local painter and it represent the wine personality... sparkly
