A fantastic dessert wine, passito, made with Nebbiolo grapes growth in vineyards located in the slopes of the Valtellina mountains.

The grapes are harvested and then dried, appassimento, to concentrate the fruit and enhance aromas and flavours, and then vinified. The result is a great red dessert wine, with a complex nose, fresh and structured on the palate, a perfect companion with cheeses or drunk on its own as a meditation wine
