The East Anglia wine region is a small area divided into Norfolk and Suffolk located north-east of London in England, famed for the still white wines from mainly from German and French hybrid grape varieties. The vineyards which are consisting mainly from sandy soils of the coast to sandy loams are ideal terroir for the most planted grape in the region the Bacchus, which gives one of the best expressions of the grape and has won many international awards. Other successful grape varieties including Madeleine Angevine, Reichensteiner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Seyval Blanc. Usually, the East Anglian vineyards produce aromatic, elegant wines and many of them are critically acclaimed on a national and international level. It is a truly unique region which will be even more desired in the future.
